LIGHT FOR COMPETITOR TEST DAYS |

Willowbank Raceway is excited to
announce that we will be able to resume
small testing events commencing Saturday
June 13th, 2020. In order to comply with
Queensland Government sporting venue
restrictions, we will be able to
facilitate a maximum of 13 total
customers at each event (this total must
include all racers and crew combined)
with no public spectator access
available.

These test days are offered by pre
bookings only and are available from
Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm hire of
the venue. The fee for these hires will
be $6,600 inc. GST per day which must be
paid 7 days prior to the test day. The
test day includes one standard prepared
lane and all appropriate staff and
safety personnel to keep you safe
(Radial specific track preparation is
available for a small extra fee). The
hirer can choose to split this up into
sessions, for example 2 x 3 hours with 4
cars in each session as long as they do
not have more than a total of 13 people
on site at one time.

so that our
friendly staff can provide you with all
the details and arrange bookings.

We understand that this is a small step
and there are strict guidelines we all
must abide by, but we believe this is
the first step in the right direction.
The health, safety, and well being of
all our competitors, crew, spectators,
volunteers, and staff is our number 1
priority and we will have measures in
place to comply with all the health
departments requirements. We do
encourage everyone to download the COVID
Safe app and have it operational while
you are at Willowbank Raceway.

As per Queensland Government guidelines,
the next stage of relaxations is set to
occur from Friday July 10th 2020 at
which point we will be able to offer
larger testing events. Any updated
changes to our restrictions will be
emailed to our database as soon as they
become available. |
